Dear all, I keep busy as I am pursuing some higher studies and therefore I hardly get time to write blogs. (or is it excuse for procrastination ?) For any company anywhere, its real assets and strength is its manpower. Manpower can make or break any organization. It is due to the increased importance of manpower of an organization in helping it achieve its goals with less cost, that it is referred to as human capital. If investment in this capital is made judiciously then it is not difficult for any organization to achieve its goals. It is in this back drop, hiring right kind of people for any organization is very important. But attracting and hiring right employees is easier said than done. Good employees are needed everywhere.
