Sales Representative ( SR)/TSI) SO
Profiles:
1. Direct interaction with SS visiting the Distributers/ Retailers/ shop.
2. Explaining the different range of products, their USP`s, prices etc. to the customers.
3. Monitor sales trends and maintain optimal stock levels in the shop.
4. Billing of products.
5. Maintaining overall distributor/retailers decor & display of products.
6. Taking orders from different outlets.
7. Maintaining product display at the different outlets.
8. Communicating with outlets; explaining them the schemes, discounts and other
offers as well as taking product feedback from them.
9. Explaining product features and advantages of the products.
10. Maintaining good relations with the outlets by ensuring on-time delivery, on-time
service and on-time payment reminders.
Eligibility:
At least a graduate with decent communication skill, ready to travel, able to meet
the given targets, Must be from food industry.
Experience: 0.6 yr – 1 Year.
Salary: Rs./- (P.M) + T.A + D.A + Other Benefits

Area Sales Manager ( ASM)
Profiles:
1. Direct interaction with RSM.
2. Responsible for Primary & Secondary sales/ Total Call & Productive call.
3. Handling channel sales for assigned territory.
4. Achieving sales/total call`s target.
5. Meeting SS, Distributors & handling distributor channel.
6. Building good relationship with the distributors and achieving customer satisfaction.
7. Should have exposure of Team handling.
8. Mapping of market and competition.
9. Monitoring of sales, market share and development of product required by
SS/Retailers.
10. Follow up for orders.
11. Implementing the company policies.
12. Making and meeting Monthly, Quarterly, Annual MIS.
13. Ensuring desired market share is achieved.
Eligibility:
Post Graduate is preferred, Experience in Selling FMCG products direct as well as
through Channel partners.
Must have positive attitude and go for higher market share
aggressive marketing style. Should have track record of exponential growth, self motivated.
Willing to travel 18-20 days in a month and do follow up and leg work. Good at figure work
and analysis, Pleasant personality, Persuasiveness, computer savvy, good communication
skills.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, 1 year of SO or 6 months of ASM.
Age: Minimum 30 Yrs.
Salary: Salary Upto: 3.30 Lakhs p.a + Benefits.

Regional Sales Manager (RSM):
Profiles:
1. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as
needed.
2. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and
recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action
plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving complaints; identifying
trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
3. Reporting: Ensure that all company policies and regulations are adhered to. Report
to the GM Sales in case of a serious default. If there be a need for revision of policy
or a case for making a new policy, to report to the GM Sales and raise the matter at
monthly MIS meetings.
4. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support
of national objectives.
5. Maintains distributor base by counselling sales representatives; building and
maintaining rapport with key distributors.
6. Must have exposure of Team handling.
7. Mapping of market and competition.
8. Monitoring of sales, market share and development of product required by
SS/Retailers.
9. Follow up for orders in the assigned region.
10. Implementing the company policies.
Eligibility:
Management Graduate preferred, Minimum Industry experience of 10 years in a food/ FMCG
industry with 100+ worker force, Competent in administration and MIS, Competent in
resource management and challenge sales targets, Positive attitude & ready to implement
change, proven leadership skills, Good communication (written and oral), Computer savvy.
Experience:
Minimum 10 Years of experience.
Age:
Minimum 40 Yrs.
Salary: Up to 6 Lakhs p.a. + Benefits.
